Amy Jantz

Amy Jantz is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years of retail operations experience.

Since joining National Vision in 2010 as a district manager, Amy has held progressively impactful leadership positions. In her current role as the Senior Vice President of Store Optimization and Implementation, Amy focuses on strategic projects that optimize store operations and support exceptional patient and customer experiences. She is recognized for her ability to communicate the company’s goals and expectations while producing consistent results and profit objectives.

Amy previously worked in store operations for YCC International/WAVE Optiks and Luxottica. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, two daughters, and two rescue dogs that keep her on her toes.
