Together, these honors underscore National Vision’s continued commitment to fostering a workplace where people can thrive, grow and feel inspired by their work.
Presented annually by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista, these award programs recognize employers that excel in building strong workplace cultures and supporting associate growth. The rankings are informed by broad-based research and employee feedback, evaluating areas such as workplace environment, compensation and benefits, leadership and employees’ likelihood to recommend their employer.
The America’s Best Large Employers list, now in its eleventh year, is based on independent survey responses from more than 217,000 U.S. employees at companies with at least 1,000 employees nationwide, evaluating factors such as workplace environment, culture, compensation, development and company reputation.
